Lazy Dream Ranch Enterprises, Incorporated is a South Dakota corporation engaged in publication and production within the music industry. We are a Subchapter S corporation with a limited number of shareholders governed by a Board of Directors. Our primary goals are geared towards the creative endeavors of publishing and producing the independent music of talented songwriters and singers in our regional area. Our company, catalog and musicians are affiliated with BMI (Broadcast Music, Inc).
Our first endeavor was the release of a Compact Disc of 12 originals written and sung by the talented Doug Meseberg titled 'Huntin' With My Dog & Other Love Songs' released in April 2006 and the single CD titled 'Indian Casino' released in June 2007. Future endeavors will include a special club membership for musicians scheduled to launch sometime in the fall of 2008 or spring of 2009.
