We offer unique and handcrafted items that are based on the Horse, Western or Native American themes and our ranch endorses the use of certain products offered for both the horse and the horse owner. Our online store is an ongoing development to give you the opportunity to purchase those products and unique items on our website from the comfort of your own home.
We use the PayPal shopping cart in our store so you know that your transaction is processed in a safe and secure manner. We accept PayPal Instant Payment or Verified Checking Transfers (NO CREDIT CARDS AT THIS TIME - SORRY) or we will accept money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks. Please note that personal checks are held until cleared prior to shipment.
We use USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedX as our methods of shipment and the size and weight of your total order will determine which carrier we use and the actual shipping/handling cost you will pay.
We only sell certain manufacturers products for which we have personally tried and endorse their use based on our own experiences for the effectiveness of the product. Those items will be labeled with a beginning stock number of "MFG" and is typically in stock or can be ordered within a reasonable amount of time. We also offer handcrafted items that either we make ourselves, or friends and neighbors make, that are quality products at affordable prices. All handcrafted items are labeled with a beginning stock number of "HC", denoting that the item is an original handcrafted item, and although another item may be available in the same size/style or a different color, the item was lovingly and individually handcrafted.
REFUNDS ARE ISSUED WITH AN AUTHORIZED RETURN NUMBER ONLY.
We do not refund shipping/handling costs.
Because alot of our inventory is unique and handcrafted the inherent characteristics that make each item an individual piece make returns difficult. If you are not pleased with an item you have purchased, we will gladly refund your purchase price provided you have returned your item(s) in the original, unused condition for which it was sent, along with an authorized return number. Just email us here at the ranch, or give us a call, state the reason for your return, and you will receive an authoriztion number for your return. It is important for you to note that returns will not be accepted without an authorized return number.
